Our portfolio includes cooked, semi-cooked, and raw offal products, delivered to both domestic and international markets with consistent quality and safety.

Production Capacity:
Cycle I: Big animals / Capacity: 28,000 tons per year
Cycle II: Big animals / Capacity: 3,600 tons per year
Cold Storage Capacity:
7 cold storages with a total of 300 tons
5 frozen tunnels of 5 tons each
8 frozen deposits of 25 tons each
7 cold storages with cold mix hangers
Cooled storage: +2°C to -2°C
Frozen deposits: -18°C to -20°C
Our 60,000 m² facility integrates advanced technology for packaging, palletizing, freezing, and warehousing, making it a benchmark plant in South America for offal processing. We distribute over 400 tons per month within Argentina and export more than 7,000 tons per month worldwide, with daily production lines capable of handling 400 tons per day and warehouses with a total capacity of 10,000 tons.
